On July 10, 2002 the Retired Boxers Foundation and gave their first major media press conference at the Playboy Mansion in Beverly Hills. More than 200 guests showed up to celebrate and support the  RBF, founded by Boxing Hall of Famer, Alex "The Bronx Bomber" Ramos and Jacquie Richardson, and ATY, founded by Byron Lancaster and J.B. Seligman. Both organizations work hand in hand to help make a difference and raise funds for a good cause.

Under the motto "Fighters helping Fighters", the Retired Boxers Foundation's mission is to assist retired professional boxers in the transition from their glorious days in the ring to a dignified retirement.
With the help of, a major corporate sponsor, and other supporters such as Playboy Enterprises, Inc. and this fundraising campaign shall help make the following services available to retired boxers:

Financial services: Offering support + assistance with finance management, retirement plans and taxes.
Rehabilitation services: Providing specialized medical services and facilities including physical therapy, counseling, substance abuse treatments and support groups.
Housing services: Offering support in securing the basic human needs such as food, shelter and safety.
Senior Citizen services: Providing assistance with daily tasks, but more importantly, encourage senior retired boxers to participate in youth mentoring projects.
Youth services: Providing the disadvantaged youth with academic enrichment programs, youth mentoring, youth boxing programs and summer boxing camps.

Honoring the value of a signature and assuring its authenticity, the Internet-based company, has created an innovative new concept by not only paying celebrities and athletes for their autographs, but matching that paycheck as a charitable contribution to nonprofit organizations like the Retired Boxers Foundation.
- provides fans with unique, authentic, personalized autographs.
- provides celebrities with increased exposure to fans - helps them generate additional income - enhances their public image with the promotion of charity support.
- helps charity organizations to create public awareness and to generate more donations - donates one-third of proceeds from autograph sales to charity organizations.

For every boxer autograph sold through, The Retired Boxers Foundation will receive one-third of the revenues. Therefore autograph collectors and fans are encouraged to purchase autographs of boxers at in order to help support this fundraising campaign.

In these difficult times, in which corruption and power struggles seem to have become the most important issues, this memorable event has proven, that unity and true values can still rock the world!
